Webtoons

Purple Hyacinth

I’m really enjoying this webtoon! It follows a cop and an assassin that team up together to take down the “gang” that’s taking over the town. It’s still ongoing, but the amount of work that goes into each of these episodes makes the wait worth it. Almost every single episode has music to go along with it and it’s just such a production and I highly recommend it.

Lumine

This one is currently on break between seasons and I’m not caught up on it yet, but I’m really enjoying it. It’s a really cute story about a werewolf and a witch becoming friends. Both of these characters are kids and I can’t wait to watch as they get older and get closer.

Television

My Hero Academia

I finally caught up on the anime of this and my thoughts about this are the same as with the manga, so check out those reviews. Just know that the manga is ahead of the anime, so there are things that I read in the manga that I can’t wait to see in the anime.

Criminal Minds

I’m not caught up on this one yet, but I am working on it. I’ve put it on hold for a bit because of other things, but I’m sure I’ll get back into it soon. This show, if you don’t know, follows the Behavioral Analysis Unit (the BAU) in the FBI and a specific team in this unit. It follows them as they travel around the US helping to catch serial killers and other cases that require this team to come in a try to psychologically analyze what type of person this unsub could be.

I really like how this team can take apart a crime (or multiple) and determine what type of person this person is and why they are doing it. It just fascinates me. But it’s also something that makes me a bit nervous so I can only handle so much at once.

I have to say, I really prefer this setup for wrap ups. I hate doing wrap ups, but setting it up in this simple way makes it a lot easier on me and you all don’t have to deal with a super long blog post when you only care about certain books. If that makes any sense. Let me know how you like this setup!

Thank you all so much for joining me today. I hope you like and comment here and on my YouTube video! I also hope you decide to stick around and follow my blog! I talk books, video games (mostly Animal Crossing) movies and TV, anime, K-dramas, and more.

If you want to keep up with me outside of blog posts, then you should definitely check out my Instagram and Discord. I host a book club on my Discord and I do hope you all will join in!

Again, thank you all so much for joining me and I hope to see you all very soon.

  1. I think this is a good post set-up, but what I think matters less than what you think. I say if you like writing them this way, then this is the way to go! 🙂

I haven’t been watching much anime lately. Maybe it’s time I tried My Hero Academia…
